Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Elkhart, IN for a Welder. The Welder will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including TIG, MIG, and arc welding operations. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings, assessing materials, setting up welding equipment, and executing high-quality welds. - Proficiency in multiple welding techniques, such as Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting
- Prior experience in welding or metal fabrication is preferred but not required
