Wairua Beauty is a holistic skin and body spa with studios in Miami Beach and Aventura. Our menu centers on holistic facials, HydraFacial, body treatments and brows & lashes. Each service is a customized ritual built around clean, high-quality ingredients. We also carry a curated clean beauty line, and many of our clients see us every month through our membership program. We are a small team that cares about results, about technique and about how each client feels when she leaves.

The role

We are looking for a Brows & Lashes Specialist to lead this part of our menu at our Miami Beach studio. You will work with a steady base of returning clients, design brows and lashes that suit each face, and keep them coming back on a regular schedule.

What you’ll do

• Perform brow shaping, tinting and lamination, and lash lifts and tints, following Wairua’s protocols
• Consult with each client to design a look that fits her features and her routine
• Work with toxin-free formulas and keep up with techniques and products in the category
• Recommend home care and the right rebooking interval for each service
• Keep clear service notes so every visit builds on the last
• Keep your station, tools and products prepared to our standards
• Work with the front desk to keep the schedule running on time

What we’re looking for

Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist or Cosmetology license

Proven experience in brow shaping, tinting, lamination and lash lifts

A precise eye for symmetry and a light, careful hand

A calm, attentive presence with clients

Comfort recommending products when they fit the client’s needs

Weekend availability

A portfolio or photos of your work is a plus
