Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Sales Agent to provide exceptional guest services at Wair Salon The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Bilingual abilities and management knowledge are highly valued to enhance guest relations and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Provide information about Salon and spa amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
- Perform night audit duties as required, reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Uphold policies and procedures related to guest services and safety standards
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk SALES operations within a salon settings
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse guests better
- Knowledge of salon management software and reservation systems is desirable
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and inventory
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as required
