Job Summary

Wainscoting America LLC is seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with custom wainscoting orders, and provide product information. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service while supporting sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers regarding products, pricing, and orders
  • Assist customers in selecting custom wainscoting designs and configurations
  • Provide accurate information about materials, measurements, shipping, and installation
  • Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate issues professionally
  • Process orders and update customer records in the system
  • Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and deliveries
  • Make outbound calls for order confirmations, support, or sales follow-ups
  • Collaborate with design, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer skills (CRM systems, order entry tools)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Knowledge of construction, interior design, or millwork (a plus)
