Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
- Manage lease or rental agreement processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and HUD.
- Utilize property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite to maintain accurate records, data entry, and reporting.
- Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to uphold safety standards and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Enforce lease agreements, Section 8 housing guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance, and landlord-tenant laws.
Requirements
- Experience in property management or real estate administrative roles encouraged
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone etiquette and client interactions.
- Office experience encouraged including data entry, filing, contracts management, and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience in facilities management or property maintenance is preferred but not required.
