What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner position at Waimanalo Health Center?

We are a federally qualified community health center (FQHC) located in majestic Waimānalo, on the Island of Oahu. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of primary care in a culturally informed way to all in the community, and we are seeking a dedicated, talented and team-oriented Family Nurse Practitioner to join our `ohana. Patients, their families and the community always come first, and we want someone who shares that same perspective. Summary

The Family Nurse Practitioner’s main responsibility will be to provide patient care in a holistic and culturally sensitive manner in the context of the Patient-Centered Health Care Home, following the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine, in a team-based, patient-centered approach.
