Family Nurse Practitioner

We are a federally qualified community health center (FQHC) located in majestic Waimānalo, on the Island of Oahu. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of primary care in a culturally informed way to all in the community, and we are seeking a dedicated, talented and team-oriented Family Nurse Practitioner to join our `ohana. Summary

The Family Nurse Practitioner’s main responsibility will be to provide patient care in a holistic and culturally sensitive manner in the context of the Patient-Centered Health Care Home, following the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine, in a team-based, patient-centered approach.
