Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate data entry in HR systems.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including social media.
- Facilitate training development initiatives and coordinate training sessions for employees.
- Process payroll information and assist with payroll-related inquiries.
- Administer leave management processes in accordance with FMLA and HI TDI regulations.
- Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
- Utilize HR software such as ADP for efficient human capital management.
- Maintain the highest levels of personal and pay information confidentiality.
Skills
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in employee records.
- Experience or knowledge in talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Familiarity with human capital management practices to support employee engagement and development.
- Proficiency in using Paychex and Dayforce systems for payroll and HR functions is a plus.
- Ability to develop training programs that align with organizational goals.
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial.
- Competence in social media management to promote job openings and engage potential candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- 1 yr in Human Resources administration experience or related education
- Human Resource certification preferred
- Candidates must be located in Maui
