Overview:
Waikoloa Village Association is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Administrative Professional to provide administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and records
- Assist with document filing, and data entry
- Coordinate communications with vendors, members, and staff
- Support meeting preparation and follow-up (agendas, minutes, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience with HOA or property management preferred, but not required
