Overview:
Waikoloa Village Association is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Administrative Professional to provide administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and records
  • Assist with document filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate communications with vendors, members, and staff
  • Support meeting preparation and follow-up (agendas, minutes, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Experience with HOA or property management preferred, but not required
