POSITION SUMMARY:
The person in this position directs, supervises, plans, coordinates, and implements functions, activities and staff members of the Community Health Services Department. This position participates actively in the development of systems and functions related to utilization management and case management. This position also participates and collaborates on programmatic, research-related, and organizational systems development activities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in the Health and Human Services field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in community and working with culturally diverse populations preferred
- Comfortable in working in a managed care/multi-professional setting required
- Current BLS certification and biannual maintenance required
- A current driver’s license and daily access to an automobile required
Salary : $125,000
