Wai Kai is looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused individuals to join our Special Events Team as On-Call Event Staff.

What You'll Do
As an Event Staff Team Member, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences by supporting a variety of events hosted throughout Wai Kai.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Arrange tables, chairs, décor, signage, and event equipment
• Welcome and direct guests
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout each event
• Assist event vendors, clients, and event partners as needed
• Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Support the Special Events team with event operations
• Follow all Company policies and safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous hospitality, event, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule
This is an On-Call position.

Team Members are scheduled based on business needs and upcoming events. Hours will vary and are not guaranteed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Pay

$23.00 per hour
