Product Quality Specialist

As a Product Quality Specialist, you'll:

• Use advanced mechanical tools within the Quality department for optimal task execution.
• Master the Quality Response System, Baan NC Maintenance, and associated inventory sessions.
• Ensure the seamless rework of non-conforming products.
• Analyze and mitigate non-conformance in materials to prevent downstream issues.
• Operate a variety of material handling equipment confidently.
• Perform in-depth diagnostics on our products for evaluation and warranty purposes.
• Contribute to a cooperative work culture focused on cross-training and skill-sharing.
• Commit to comprehensive safety practices and regular safety training.
• Maintain workplace organization through daily adherence to 5S principles.
• Take on other responsibilities as designated by management.

Your Expertise:

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Have at least 2 years of applicable experience or training.
• Experience handling electro-mechanical components is a plus.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and component knowledge.
• Proficiency in understanding electrical and mechanical measurement systems.
• Ability to work with a variety of mechanical and measuring tools.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications; strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are crucial.
• Demonstrated experience working within a team setting.
• Adept at drafting and understanding routine reports.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Attention to detail is a must for ensuring accuracy in your work.
• Efficient in time management to complete tasks promptly.
