We’re on the hunt for a fearless Field Account Executive who thrives on hunting and closing new logos by meeting with prospects in-person. This person loves the challenge of closing complex deals with longer enterprise sales cycles and building relationships with multiple stakeholders in every account to crush their competitors.
Your mission: rapidly build and expand our market share in your territory so our competitors feel the heat. If you hate the hunt with cold calling and drop-ins, then this is not the right role for you.
The Role
You will spend half your time in the field generating new pipelinethrough both directly cold calling public school districts and building relationships with local resellers.
Using your enterprise sales expertise, you will relentlessly and continually qualify that pipeline using MEDDICC and close monster multi-year deals. If you prefer smaller deal sizes and short transactional sales cycles then this is not a good fit for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Close monster deals: earn uncapped commissions that directly reflect your hunger for success
- Relentless pipeline generation: your direct path to huge uncapped earnings because the more you build, the more you close
- Enterprise sales skills: navigate complex deals putting you in the position to negotiate and win high-stakes accounts
- Weekly field travel: your chance to close deals in person and dominate remote competitors who don't stand a chance
- Leverage reseller channel: build symbiotic business relationships to drive revenue growth at lightspeed
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales experience: Minimum of 4 years as an enterprise account executive in the b2b space with long sales cycles
- Experience utilizing MEDDICC framework: Hands-on experience using MEDDICC to qualify all of your pipeline at every stage
- Consistent travel: Spend most days driving in the field with a handful of overnights each month
- Pipeline management: Your pipeline will always be updated so the VP can pull forecasts any time. We have a “real-time all the time” culture
- Accurate quarterly forecasting: You will forecast will be with ~10% each and every quarter
