Veterinary Receptionist – Join the Wags Animal Hospital Team
Wags Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you have at least 2* year of veterinary receptionist experience (required)* and enjoy connecting with both pets and people, we’d love to meet you!
This is a full-time position (4 days/week) for someone looking to grow with us long-term in a supportive, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage a busy front desk, including phones, scheduling, and check-ins/outs
- Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and team members
- Confidently handle a fast-paced, high-volume day
- Utilize veterinary medical terminology when speaking with clients and staff
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience (required)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable working weekends
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Our Schedule:
Open Monday–Wednesday, Friday–Saturday (closed Thursdays & Sundays)
