Doggy Daycare Front Desk -- Culver City

We’re hiring for the front desk of a busy doggy daycare / boarding floor at Wags 2 Whiskers in Culver City — not a quiet office receptionist job. You already know this work if you’ve run check-in at a shop like Dogtopia, Camp Bow Wow, Wag's Hotel, City Dog, LA Canine, or another high-volume dog daycare/boarding facility: packs moving, pet parents at the counter, dogs on the floor, phones ringing. Must have: 1. Real experience at a busy dog-daycare (or boarding) front desk at a known-style shop — Dogtopia, Camp Bow Wow, Wag's Hotel, City Dog, LA Canine, or similar. 2. Real animal handling on a busy floor — not title-only receptionist. If your background is retail, spa, medical office, or general customer service without dog-daycare desk dog floor time, this role isn’t a fit. What you’ll do: - Check pet parents and dogs in/out on a busy daycare/boarding day - Keep the desk calm while the floor stays safe and moving - Talk clearly with pet parents about their dogs’ needs - Support kennel/daycare ops when the floor needs hands - Represent Wags 2 Whiskers’ standard of care

We're growing. This summer we launch our first grooming van — a mobile W2W experience that brings the same protocols to pet parents at their homes. Next year, more vans. Beyond that, we're building the framework other salons will use to operate this way.
