Sales Coordinator & Compliance Officer

Are you the high performer we are looking for, who is ready to play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting business growth and upholding operational integrity?

We are seeking to fill a pivotal support role within the sales and operations team of our fast growing concrete business. Take responsibility for managing our end-to-end customer quoting process and deliver excellent customer service support, whilst maintaining accurate pricing records and performing other sales administration tasks.

This challenging role also includes a compliance oversight function to ensure our processes, pricing practices and customer engagements align with industry standards and Wagners internal policies.

What you’ll be doing

• Customer quoting – prepare customer quotes, liaise with internal departments on lead times, availability and delivery, and maintain quote log

• Sales team support – assist with proposal preparation, maintain pricing structures and customer records, and onboard new customers

• Customer service – main contact for quote, product and scheduling queries, respond to customer enquires and build productive relationships with repeat customers

• Sales administration – contribute a variety of data for regular reports, update CRM and internal systems, and coordinate tasks between internal teams

• Compliance – Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, assist with NHVAS reports, and stay current on industry regulations

What you’ll bring

• Prior experience in a sales support, estimating or customer service role (preferably in construction, manufacturing or concrete supplies)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and data entry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear interactions between customers, the operations team and sales team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• Sound computer skills – MS Office (Excel, Outlook), CRM systems (e.g. Sale, quoting tools)

• A can-do attitude, and the ability to think on your feet to support and complete ad hoc tasks

• Knowledge of concrete or building materials industry (desirable)

• Construction industry knowledge or exposure to technical product  environments (advantageous)
