Under little supervision, the Maintenance Technician C performs various maintenance tasks on facilities in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.”
Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.
Essential Functions:

- Repairs small equipment, including sweepers, scrubbers, landscape equipment, and small engines
- Performs general construction (paint, drywall repair, carpentry, etc.)
- Landscaping (mowing, pruning, sprinkler repair, etc.)
- Plumbing- minor repairs including plastic (PVC, ABS), sweat copper pipe, faucets, toilets, flush valves, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Commercial maintenance technician experience
- Experience working with single phase, repair outlets, switches, fixtures (electrical)
Physical Demands & Competencies:
- Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, etc.
- Heavy work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 55 pounds or more
- Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
- Safety & Product Knowledge
Work Environment:
- Noise: Moderate
- Indoors and Outdoors
