Program CNC machines for optimal performance and efficiency.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to ensure product quality.
Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Fabricate parts using various power tools and techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve production processes and reduce waste.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production workflows.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and programming software.
Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting designs and creating machining instructions.
Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
Experience with lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
