What are the responsibilities and job description for the Termite and Pest Control Technician position at Wagner Pest Solutions?
Duties:
- Perform pest control treatments and inspections at residential and commercial properties
- Identify and assess pest infestations, including insects, rodents, and wildlife
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to eliminate or prevent infestations
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power sprayers, bait stations, and traps
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines
- Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest problems
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and inspections
Skills:
- Ability to drive to different locations for service appointments
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in pest control
- Understanding of pest control techniques and products
This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license is required.
