Job Overview
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working Christmas Light Installers to join our crew for the upcoming season. As a crew member, you will assist with installing, maintaining, and taking down custom holiday light displays on roofs, gutters, peaks, trees, and landscapes.
No prior lighting experience is required—we provide on-the-job training! However, experience in roofing, construction, landscaping, painting, or outdoor labor is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely install, service, and remove seasonal lighting and decor on residential and commercial properties.
- Load and unload trucks with equipment, ladders, and lighting supplies daily.
- Set up extension ladders, roof lines, and safety gear in accordance with company protocols.
- Troubleshoot and repair light strands, timers, and electrical connections on site.
- Interact professionally with homeowners and crew members.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Height & Roof Comfort: Must be comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and on tall ladders (24ft–32ft ) for extended periods.
- Weather Resilient: Willingness to work outdoors in cold, rain, snow, and varying winter conditions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand throughout the workday.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and reliable transportation to the daily shop/meeting location.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
Schedule
- Seasonal role running through December (with takedowns extending into January).
- Monday – Saturday availability (flexible shifts for Part-Time; full 40 hours/week available for Full-Time).
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
