Wagner Mechanical is the oldest and most trusted residential HVAC contractor in the Albuquerque metro area. Were growing and looking for a highly motivated Home Comfort Advisor to join our in-home sales team. If you have experience in HVAC or in-home sales and a passion for helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with new and existing customers
- Recommend tailored HVAC solutions that match customer needs and budget
- Present financing options and close sales with confidence
- Follow up on leads and self-generate new opportunities
- Prepare and present accurate proposals and estimates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
- Ensure a professional and customer-friendly experience every step of the way
What Were Looking For:
- Proven success in in-home sales; HVAC experience strongly preferred
- Motivated, customer-focused, and coachable attitude
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and closing skills
- Familiarity with industry tools, equipment, and concepts
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using sales tools and CRMs
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Work Schedule:
- Flexible schedule to meet customer availability (daytime, evenings, and occasional Saturdays)
- Rotating on-call shift for Saturday emergencies
Education & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and have an insurable driving record
