What You’ll Do
As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you’ll build and manage relationships that help clients protect what matters most. You’ll combine your P&C expertise with digital prospecting, social networking, and old-fashioned relationship-building to grow your client base.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Selling using leads provided via live transfers and in-house telemarketing
- Advising clients on personalized insurance solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from quote to close
- Building long-term client relationships and driving renewals
- Tracking progress and celebrating wins — big and small
What You Bring:
- Texas Property & Casualty License (required)
- 1 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, organized, and coachable — you thrive in a team setting
- Bonus: Texas Life & Health License
