What You’ll Do

As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you’ll build and manage relationships that help clients protect what matters most. You’ll combine your P&C expertise with digital prospecting, social networking, and old-fashioned relationship-building to grow your client base.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Selling using leads provided via live transfers and in-house telemarketing
• ​​​​​​​Advising clients on personalized insurance solutions
• Managing the full sales cycle from quote to close
• Building long-term client relationships and driving renewals
• Tracking progress and celebrating wins — big and small

What You Bring:

• Texas Property & Casualty License (required)
• ​​​​​​​1 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven, organized, and coachable — you thrive in a team setting
• Bonus: Texas Life & Health License

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
