Mission: The Essence of The Job

Engage in building a trusting relationship with Commercial Customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

$40k- $50k, Experience Based

Competencies: Non-Negotiable Qualities:

• Texas P&C License required
• 1 year experience in commercial insurance
• 6 months experience processing COIs
• Positive attitude & personality
• Coachable & open to constructive criticism for training and growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intrinsically driven to be successful
• Resourceful
  
  

Desired Outcomes:

• Assist customers with Certificate of Insurance requests. **2-3 hour response time
• Manage Certificate of Insurance request inbox
• Generate Renewal Documents and to begin Renewal Process for Account Managers
