Position Summary: The Legal Services Relationship Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting Wagner, Falconer & Judd’s referral attorney network across Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. This role serves as the primary liaison between LegalShield members, referral attorneys, and internal legal teams—ensuring accurate referrals, strong attorney relationships, timely documentation, and compliance with firm and LegalShield requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the referral attorney network for MN, MT, ND, SD, and WI
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with current referral attorneys
· Proactively recruit and onboard new referral attorneys across all five states
· Maintain accurate referral attorney profiles, including practice areas, licensing, insurance, and contact information
· Organize and host referral attorney meetings or functions three times per year
· Develop and maintain training materials, tools, and resources for the referral attorney network
· Serve as a point of contact for attorney questions regarding referrals, billing, or procedures
· Connect members to appropriate referral attorneys (internal or external) based on legal issue, location, attorney availability, and membership benefits
· Ensure referrals align with guidelines, firm policies, and ethical requirements
· Communicate next steps clearly to members without providing legal advice
· Accurately document referral details and member communications in the CRM system
· Maintain organized, confidential member and referral records
· Ensure timely follow‑up on pending referrals and unanswered inquiries
· Manage referral‑related billing for the five‑state attorney network
· Coordinate billing questions with referral attorneys and internal staff
· Perform related administrative duties, including scanning, filing, data entry, and clerical support as needed
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred emphasis in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field)
· 1 year of customer service, client intake, or call‑center experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities
· Professional demeanor with a client‑focused approach
· Strong active listening and problem‑solving skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
· Ability to type efficiently and accurately
· Prior experience in a legal, legal services, or referral‑based environment preferred but not required
Additional Information:
· Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch
· Work Location: 100% in‑office at the downtown Minneapolis office
· Parking is not provided by the firm. Employees are encouraged to use Metro Transit.
