Wagner Certified Collision Center is seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our organization.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: Hourly, commensurate with experience
(Equivalent to approximately $47,000–$55,000 annually based on a full-time schedule)

About the Role:
An auto accident is often one of the most traumatic events in a person’s life. While we are experts in the repair process, we also believe it is critical to show our customers empathy, reassurance, and respect.
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in setting the tone for a customer’s experience. You will help guide customers through the early stages of the repair process with confidence, empathy, and professionalism—making sure they feel heard, cared for, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
Answer phones with a pleasant, friendly tone (a smile customers can hear)
Schedule appointments and manage daily front desk activity
Assist customers with insurance and claims-related questions and documentation
Communicate clearly with customers, insurance partners, and internal staff
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Maintain an organized, attentive, and customer-focused front office
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, positive demeanor with strong people skills
Attentive, organized, and dependable
Able to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Communicates with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Understands the emotional impact of auto accidents on customers
Prior experience with the automotive insurance claims process is extremely helpful
