What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Daycare Attendant position at Waggin Tails?
Must be available to work during school year and through out school breaks (i.e. winter, spring and summer breaks).
We are a small company with only a couple employees. Please allow extra time for responses, as we are actively managing day-to-day operations. We appreciate your patience while awaiting a response.
Job duties includes:
- Supervise dog play groups
- Assist with grooming
- Bathing Dogs
- Cleaning duties
- Customer service
Shifts are usually 4-6 hours long, 2 to 3 days a week. Requires person to be on feet moving for duration of shift, interacting with dogs and customers. This includes being outside for long stretches of time in all types of weather.
Candidates must be able to stand for entire shift, communicate clearly with other staff members and customers. Duties may include lifting and holding dogs of various weights.
Candidates should be able to help with both cats and dogs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
