- THIS IS A TRAVELING JOB. We work in most states in the country and are on the job for around 2 to 3 weeks at a time, then you will have approximately a week off. Employees paid hourly receive overtime and daily per diem while on the job.
- Starting hourly rate is $15 hourly for inexperienced new hires, plus $50 daily per diem.
- MUST have an ID. On occasion, we will have to fly to job locations (paid for by company).
- All living and travel expenses paid for while on the road/job.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems—ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret the blueprint provided for the job.
- Be able to work efficiently with assigned crew to complete freezer construction projects.
- Meet requirements and willing to fly for travel when necessary.
Experience Preferred, Not Required
- No experience required, but preferred. Willing to train motivated and dedicated individuals.
- HVAC or blue collar workers with proven experience will start at a higher hourly rate and will also receive daily per diem.
- Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC design or appliance repair is highly valued.
- Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Driver's license and another form of ID
- No active warrants
- Prefer to hire within the Cullman, AL area as that is where we will leave from
- Resumé required regardless of HVAC experience
- Able to do interview, in person or virtual, depending on hiring manager's availability
