Keep smiles bright and tails waggin’ as a part-time Team Member/Wash Attendant at Wag N' Wash! We are looking for responsible, hard-working, pet-loving individuals to join our team. Must have reliable transportation and be available to work week days, weekends and evenings.
As a Team Member/Wash Attendant you will be responsible for helping our furry customers and humans in the store and self-wash, and ensuring they have a clean and friendly environment. Because you’ll be working with our furry customers and their humans, customer-service skills are a must!
What You'll Do
As a Team Member/Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a positive, rewarding experience for your furry customers and their parents! This includes:
- Ensuring a great environment by stocking and cleaning the store and self-wash, including sanitizing tubs, mopping floors, cleaning windows and walls, doing laundry, vacuuming etc.
- Assisting neighbors in the self-wash--guiding them to use the right products and processes for their pups, and ensuring they always have all the necessary items like towels and brushes at hand.
- Greeting guests with a positive, outgoing, ‘ready-to-help’ attitude as they enter the store.
- Helping customers find specific products, offering recommendations on products and food based on customers’ needs.
- Act as a fill-in cashier when needed
- Promote special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty programs and events while interacting with our neighbors.
- Assist the shift supervisors, managers and owners with putting away inventory, building displays and other retail tasks.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Great attitude and willingness to work hard
- Love of dogs!
- Previous customer service and cashier experience a plus.

- Exemplary comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with pet parents on their concerns, wants, and needs.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to collaborate with other team members when necessary.

Pay: $15.16 - $16.00 per hour
