Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, including answering phone calls and managing takeout orders.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
