We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Host to join our team at Waffles Restaurant. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
