Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Asheville, NC. The manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food quality, a clean and welcoming environment, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include hiring and training team members, ensuring adherence to food preparation standards, managing schedules, and providing leadership to create a positive and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining the Waffle House commitment to caring for both customers and associates. Salary Range is between 60K-75K.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food Preparation to maintain high-quality standards in meal production.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Experience in Hiring and training staff to foster a cohesive and productive team.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities to effectively manage operations and support staff.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is a plus.
