Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role in White House, TN. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, including managing staff, overseeing customer service standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Key responsibilities include driving team performance, controlling costs, managing inventory, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for all guests. The role also involves training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve operational goals and personal growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to build lasting relationships with team members and guests
- Proficiency in managing operations, including ordering inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety and health regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and meet financial goals
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly valued
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as needed
