Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager position located in Clarksville, TN. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and effectively managing team members. Responsibilities include supervising restaurant operations, hiring and training staff, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring all systems and procedures are followed. The role requires strong leadership, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to upholding the Waffle House mission of serving great food and caring for people.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Proficient in Hiring, onboarding, and team leadership to build and maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage operations and maintain a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant's operational needs.
- Prior restaurant management experience is strongly preferred.
