Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Clarksville, TN, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates. This role manages front- and back-of-house activities, including scheduling, shift leadership, inventory control, and cash handling. The Restaurant Manager trains, coaches, and supports team members to deliver consistent service, maintain quality food standards, and follow all company policies and health regulations. The role also monitors sales and costs, addresses operational issues in real time, and works to improve performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. The Restaurant Manager collaborates with area leadership to implement company initiatives and uphold Waffle House’s values and customer-focused culture.
Qualifications
