Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in the Greater Gadsden Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high-quality standards of food and service, manage staff, monitor inventory, and implement company policies. The role includes developing employee skills, scheduling, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
