Project Overview: This role supports a strategic migration initiative involving approximately 2,000 collaboration tools and apps across our client eco-system, transitioning them to a new tenant. These tools span multiple teams and functions, with limited clarity on ownership, usage, and relevance. The TPM will lead efforts to assess, organize, and drive the migration while navigating ambiguity and engaging with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end migration of ~2,000 apps and tools to a new tenant.
- Investigate tool ownership, usage patterns, and dependencies across internal and external tools.
- Organize and prioritize a consolidated inventory sourced from multiple systems.
- Engage with business stakeholders and executives to gather insights and drive alignment.
- Coordinate with global tool owners, adapting to time zone differences and collaboration styles.
- Report on migration progress, tool usage, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with tool owners to ensure smooth transitions, while development remains their responsibility.
- Apply technical acumen to assess tool configurations and identify potential blockers.
- Be onsite to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience in technical program or project management.
- Strong technical background with Security fundamentals and Threat Modelling to assess systems dependencies, risks and ensure secure migrations.
- Experience in building executive-Dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Kusto/KQL, etc.
- Experience in Azure Cloud especially towards tenant hosting and internal hosting.
- Basic Scripting Familiarity – ability to read and interpret PowerShell or Python is a plus.
- Experience managing complex migrations or transformation programs.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, especially with business-facing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including comfort engaging with executives and global teams.
- Structured and proactive approach to problem-solving and ambiguity management.
Compensation / Salary Range: The typical pay range for this role is: USD $90,000/Yearly - $110,000/Yearly. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
