Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Arvada, CO. The role works closely with sales, operations, and technical support to grow market awareness, generate product demand, and support continued business growth.
You’ll work closely with a small, highly experienced sales team known for strong customer relationships and deep technical knowledge of greenhouse and controlled-environment systems. This position is intentionally collaborative and hands-on, offering the opportunity to learn our products deeply by working alongside the teams that design, build, and support them.
Responsibilities include supporting the sales team with pipeline development and forecasting, strengthening reseller relationships, and leading marketing efforts such as newsletters, social media, customer stories, advertising, and website content. The role combines sales support with hands-on marketing execution and offers flexibility to shape how sales and marketing work together.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development in a B2B or technical environment
- Comfort working closely with sales teams and supporting pipeline planning and sales forecasting
- Experience developing marketing content such as newsletters, customer stories, digital campaigns, or sales materials
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in horticulture, automation, manufacturing, or engineered systems is a plus
