Position Description:
Wade Trim's team of 20 marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial, Commercial, and Energy; and Transportation. We are looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

- Lead development of proposals and presentations for pursuit in all market segments in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina.
- Facilitate pursuit teams through color reviews, develop qualifications, edit technical approaches, and incorporate key sales messages throughout proposals.
- Support multiple pursuit efforts concurrently.
- Maintain established quality standards.
- Manage proposal production schedule and on-time delivery of compliant proposals.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, graphic designers, and other marketing professionals to deliver winning proposals and presentations.
- Lead teams in shortlist presentation development and delivery.
- Support maintenance of key marketing information systems through consistent proposal closeout.
- Foster use of our Grow Business sales process throughout the organization.
- Maintain excellent client relations.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Communications or Marketing
- 10 years of experience
- Excellent organizational skills to accommodate multiple tasks simultaneously, work is undertaken in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with all individuals at all levels.
- Strong writing skills as well as excellent creative skills to enhance the graphic presentation of materials.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Unanet CRM, Joist AI, and Open Asset desired.
