What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Concrete Finisher position at Wade Roofing & Construction, LLC?
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years industrial/commercial concrete finishing experience
- Proven experience on large-scale industrial pours
- Ability to read plans, elevations, and specifications
- Experience with laser screeds, power trowels, and industrial finishing equipment
- Knowledge of placing, screeding, floating, edging, troweling, curing, and finishing high-spec concrete
- Understands tolerances, joint layout, and quality control
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work long days when required during concrete placement
Preferred Experience:
- Industrial plants
- Manufacturing facilities
- Warehouses
- Heavy equipment foundations
- Structural slabs
- Large commercial floors
This Position Is NOT For:
- Residential-only concrete finishers
- Individuals without experience on large commercial or industrial projects
- Those learning the trade

Compensation: Excellent pay based on experience and proven ability.
Pay: $25.32 - $30.49 per hour
