Waddoups Law Personal Injury Attorneys is a growing law firm in Midvale, Utah, and we are looking for a motivated Personal Injury Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our team.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, compassionate with clients, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior personal injury experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Faxing/Emailing Requests for Medical Records and Bills and other documents' requests, including police reports
- Logging medical bills and client costs
- Requesting balances from medical providers
- Assist with organizing case documents, which includes keeping an electronic case file and a paper file
- Retrieving the mail and mailing some documents
- Scanning documents
- Conversing with clients, adjusters, and medical personnel
Preferred Responsibilities
- Smart Advocate or equivalent experience
- Spanish speaking
