Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Keyholder role located in King of Prussia, PA. The Keyholder will serve as a leader in ensuring smooth daily operations of the store, including assisting customers, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include managing the sales floor, handling the opening and closing procedures, and ensuring that sales goals are met while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and familiarity with apparel or lingerie preferred
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in Retail Sales and creating a positive shopping environment
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to build lasting customer relationships
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a leadership role within retail is a plus
