Role Description The Part Time Keyholder at Wacoal America is an on-site retail role based in King of Prussia, PA, responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, the Keyholder opens and closes the store, secures the premises, and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures. Daily tasks include providing personalized bra fitting consultations, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The Keyholder also processes sales transactions, handles returns and exchanges, and supports inventory management activities such as receiving, tagging, and counting merchandise. This part time position works closely with store leadership to meet sales goals, uphold Wacoal’s standards of service, and promote brand values, including comfort, quality, and confidence.
Qualifications
- Customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to provide empathetic, professional, and personalized fit consultations.
- Store operations experience, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to security and loss prevention policies.
- Merchandising and visual presentation skills, such as maintaining product displays, organizing stock, and creating an inviting sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customers, collaborate with team members, and represent the brand positively.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) proficiency, including processing transactions and using digital tools to support fit and sizing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in lingerie, fashion, or specialty retail is preferred but not required; a genuine interest in fit, comfort, and customer confidence is highly valued.
