Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of nursing professionals.
Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to quality care.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Nurse Supervisors oversee the daily nursing operations, manage a team of nursing professionals, and ensure the highest level of care for our residents. Your leadership will be key in promoting quality care, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of Nurse Supervisor:
Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Ensure all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care provided.
Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and proper staffing levels.
Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records to ensure the highest quality of care.
Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents' needs for critical care.
Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing staff education.
Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department.
