About The Role

What You'll Do
- Greet and engage guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience from start to finish
- Serve Harpoon and Mass. Bay Brewing Co. (MBBC) products responsibly and in compliance with Vermont Department of Liquor Control regulations
- Stay up to date on beer knowledge, menu offerings, and in-house training sessions
- Answer questions about our beers, food menu, and facilities with accuracy and friendliness
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet Harpoon standards
- Work as a team player to support fellow staff and maintain a positive environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all food handling and sanitation protocols
- Prepare and reset workstations for opening, mid-shift, or closing based on company standards
- Communicate with management to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns
- A team player with strong people skills, professionalism, and personal integrity
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Prior restaurant or brewery service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
