This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for moving product, supporting packaging operations, and ensuring inventory is handled accurately from receipt to storage.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Supply packaging lines with materials to keep production running efficiently
- Receive and enter materials accurately into the inventory management system
- Track and report inventory usage and finished goods counts
- Ensure all pallets are properly wrapped, labeled, and stored
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions, avoiding product damage and mix-ups
- Support inventory control processes and assist with cycle counts
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Experience working within an inventory or ERP system (Deacom or similar preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain through B1C)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to routinely lift up to 55 lbs and occasionally up to 100β150 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and manual work
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse and production environment
- Exposure to varying temperatures, equipment, and moving machinery
