What You'll Do
- Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements across the brewery
- Maintain and repair plumbing, lighting, HVAC support systems, and general infrastructure
- Support operation and upkeep of key utility systems including steam, wastewater, CO₂, and compressed air
- Complete daily facility checks to ensure systems are running safely and efficiently
- Assist with projects such as drywall, painting, carpentry, and general construction
- Support maintenance team with troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment-related projects
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure tools and materials are properly stored
- Follow all safety protocols and support compliance with environmental and safety standards
- 2 years of building or facilities maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, utilities, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 3 months
- Ability to obtain Special Boiler License within 1 year
- Refrigerant certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor regularly
- Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and around active equipment
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and manual work
