- System Installation: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various commercial CCTV systems
- Cable Infrastructure: Run low-voltage Cat 6 cabling through commercial buildings
- Physical Infrastructure: Install conduit and drill concrete walls as required for cable pathways
- Network Integration: Complete all wiring, setup Main Distribution Frames (MDFs), and troubleshoot network switches
- System Testing: Conduct operational tests and troubleshoot new installations to guarantee functionality
- Compliance Verification: Ensure all systems satisfy customer contracts and meet local, state, and federal codes
- Team Collaboration: Assist Installation Team Leads and Project Managers with schedules and equipment delivery
- Licensing: Current, valid state Physical Security license and/or Life Safety license if applicable would be a plus
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years)
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cabling infrastructure, blueprints, site maps, and closeout documentation
- Safety Certifications: Certified (or willing to get certified in orientation class) to operate a boom or scissor lift and comfortable working at heights.
- Tools & Transit: Own basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transit for the initial training period
- Availability: Flexible and fully available for project-related travel
