The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment according to designated timelines. This includes verifying product quantities and SKUs, packing items securely, labeling cartons correctly, and ensuring that all shipping documentation matches order and system information. The Packer also ensures that packages meet company and carrier requirements for weight, dimensions, and special handling instructions. Attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Place items into boxes, containers, or packaging according to company standards.
- Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Accurately label packages with shipping or inventory information.
- Verifying shipment documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) against actual deliveries).
- Meet packing deadlines without compromising quality.
- Work with other packers, warehouse associates, and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using an RF Scanner.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative approach to achieving individual and team success.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds from floor to shoulder height safely.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Access to reliable transportation to work.
