What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status and changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Current RN license in Minnesota in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
