Nursing Assistant (CNA)

What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meals)
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed
- Communicate resident needs and changes to the nursing team
- Ensure residents' dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For:
- Current CNA certification in Minnesota OR ability to obtain CNA certification within 4 months
- Facility-paid CNA class and training available for those not yet certified
- Compassion for seniors and those needing skilled care
- Dependability, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
