Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of nursing home administration and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

• Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, social services, and activities, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and services

• Manage the facility's budget and financial operations, including payroll, inventory management, and accounts payable

• Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement and cost savings

• Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local healthcare providers, discharge planners, and case management companies

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Minnesota
