Sr. Supervisor, Estimation

About the Role:

The Senior Supervisor, COPCE at Wabash is responsible for overseeing the operations within the Center of Production and Continuous Excellence (COPCE). This role involves leading initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance production efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team within COPCE to achieve production and continuous improvement goals.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing calculations for silo vessels and service projects.
• Maintain and update material pricing to ensure accurate costing and profitability.
• Enter and process new customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create and organize work order folders and supporting documentation for new orders.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable by providing invoice lists for timely customer billing
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of COPCE changes
• Other duties as assigned

Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing management or production roles, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in using and implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
