We’re seeking reliable and hardworking Janitorial Workers to join our team! While this role does not provide direct care, your work directly impacts the quality and safety of the environments where our services operate.
What You’ll Do:
As a Janitorial Worker, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment at our partner site, Caterpillar. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all assigned areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeterias on a set schedule

Emptying trash and recycling in assigned areas

Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining floors

Performing restocking as needed

Following all safety procedures and using protective equipment appropriately

Completing additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
What You Bring:

Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred

Excellent attendance and reliability
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout an 8-hour shift

Must meet background check requirements

Steel-toed boots, eye, and ear protection are required on-site

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Part Time- Weekend Only
6 AM until 4 PM
